Shipping and Return Policy

We offer Free Shipping for orders over $150 and low Flat Rate Shipping for all other orders ($7.99 in British Columbia and $9.99 outside BC). For shipping items marked "In-Store Only" or for shipping to Yukon, Nunavut and NWT please contact us for shipping rates. 

All orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Delivery from our warehouse in British Columbia and are processed within 1-2 Business Days.

For online orders we accept returns within 14-Days of receiving the item. Customers are responsible for any return shipping. Returned items should be in new unworn condition with all original tags and packaging. We will process refunds within 7-Business Days of receiving the returned item and the original shipping and handling cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

If we have shipped you an incorrect item we will take care of the return shipping and ship you the correct item for free!

For any manufacturing defect related warranty claims, we will be happy to process your claim within 30-Days of purchasing the item. For any claims after the 30-Day period please contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty related claims.
